If you change your mind about living on campus for another year after completing your recontracting application, you can receive a refund of your $115 prepayment by cancelling with HRC by May 1, 2021. To submit a cancellation request, please fill out the form online.
Once the contract term begins (day you take possession of the room or first day of classes, whichever comes first), HRC only cancels contracts for withdrawal from school, graduation, marriage, study abroad, or internship/student teaching/co-op. Moving to an apartment or sorority/fraternity house is not grounds for contract cancellation. Complete a contract cancellation form prior to the deadline designated by HRC.
