Yes! Pull up to three roommates into a room depending on the style of hall selected. If you change your mind about living on campus for another year after completing your recontracting application, you can receive a refund of your $115 prepayment by cancelling with HRC by May 1, 2020. To submit a cancellation request, please fill out the form online.

Once the contract term begins, HRC only cancels contracts for withdrawal from school, graduation, marriage, study abroad, or internship/student teaching/co-op. Moving to an apartment or sorority/fraternity house is not grounds for contract cancellation. Complete a contract cancellation form prior to the deadline designated by HRC.

HRC aims to accommodate your medical need. Submit the Medical Accommodation Request Form along with documentation of your condition by March 2, 2020 for the 2020/2021 academic year. The committee reviews all medical requests to determine whether or not to grant the request. If granted, HRC requires students meet all application and payment deadlines in order to meet eligibility for housing.
