Tutwiler Hall

Tutwiler offers residents fully furnished double-occupancy rooms with community bathrooms. The hall is located near on-campus dining options, Mary B’s and Burke Dining, as well as, Julia’s Market, which is conveniently located on the first floor. Residents have access to the building’s community room, the Tut Hut, a central living room on each floor, and laundry room on the 1st floor. Students are responsible for providing their own trash receptacles, cookware, eating utensils, and cleaning supplies. For more details, review the specifications section below.

Hanging Items on Walls

For this building, only use 3M Command Strips for hanging items.

Wallpaper, peel and stick wallpaper, mounting televisions, and screw anchors are not permitted. Students are liable for any damages caused by unapproved hanging methods.

  • Approx. room dimensions: 10′5″W x 14′11″L (actual floor space: 8’5″W x 14’11”L)
  • Rooms ending in -33, -34, -35, and -36 vary slightly and are slightly narrower at the far end

      • To have your bed set higher than the indicated maximum height, bed lofts are available through Collegiate Bed Lofts.
