For the safety and security of our students, mail and packages are not delivered directly to the residence halls. All deliveries are made to the Ferguson Mail Center. In order for items to arrive in time for Move-In, all packages must arrive to campus by July 31. For more information on how students receive mail and packages at the University, visit the Ferguson Mail Center website.
During scheduled Move-In days, University Mail Center will set up package pickup centers around campus that will receive packages for students living in designated halls. Pickup centers are conveniently located within walking distance of the halls they serve. Carts are provided to help transport packages back to your room as vehicles are not allowed second entry into unloading zones. This service is only provided to each resident on their scheduled Move-In day. Packages that are not picked up on your scheduled day will return to the Ferguson Mail Center made available for pick up the following day at noon.
Residents living in Bryce Lawn, Bryant, Burke, Parham, and Harris will need to go to the Ferguson Mail Center for package pickup. Because residents in these buildings will have to drive to pick up their packages, they will be allowed back into the unloading zone at their building. More details are available on the Campus Mail Move-In site.
