Due to robust housing application numbers for the 2023-2024 academic year, UA has contracted additional space with East Edge. This apartment complex is located near campus and students have private bedrooms and bathrooms, except in studios. All apartments come fully furnished with kitchens and a washer and dryer. Crimson Ride buses stop at East Edge, and the location provides easy access to campus. Additionally, students are able to stay through break periods and the summer for no additional cost (Summer option only available to students who do not graduate in May). Students are responsible for providing their own linens, trash receptacles, cookware, eating utensils, and cleaning supplies. Students who live at East Edge through UA complete the UA housing application and contract, rather than a lease with the property.
Housing and Residential Communities will have a master lease with East Edge again in 2024/2025. Interested students who have completed a housing application will be able to complete an East Edge interest form beginning February 19, and assignments to East Edge will be made before online room selection in April.

Crimson Ride has a contract to shuttle students between the complex and the bus hub on campus. The bus will run from 7 a.m. until midnight on weekdays and noon until midnight on weekends. Summer and holiday hours vary.
