Complete the housing application before the room selection participation deadline in order to participate in Room Selection. The earlier you apply, the earlier you select your room.

Your housing assignment process depends on if you applied before or after the room selection participation deadline of February 1.
Students who apply before the room selection participation deadline qualify for room selection. Information about room selection, including each student’s log in time, is sent to Crimson email accounts.
HRC staff assign students that apply after the room selection participation deadline beginning in mid-May. Factors that affect when a student’s assignment is made include housing application date; gender; LLC participation, if any; and roommate. Assignments are made through mid-July. Please note, HRC makes every effort to assign students with a requested roommate, if space allows, but cannot guarantee this.
