Controlling and monitoring the spread of COVID-19 is a community effort. Do your part by coming to campus prepared with your own thermometer, mask and hand sanitizer. UA will provide 2 masks for each student and hand sanitizer refill stations will be around campus to ensure access to these protective measures throughout the semester.
All students must complete COVID-19 training and testing prior to their arrival on campus. Please be on the lookout for specific communication about this in the coming days. Any student who tests positive prior to arriving on campus should quarantine at home until they receive clearance from the COVID Hotline, 205-348-2819.
The online sign-up process for Fall Move-In 2020 opens June 2020.
Once your housing assignment is made, HRC notifies you through your Crimson email to sign up for a Move-In time starting mid-June. We assign a time for students who do not sign up for a Move-In time and notify them through their Crimson email.
We assign all students living on campus during the Summer II school session a Move-In time to transition to their fall assignment prior to the start of the official Move-In.
