Knowing the Crimson Ride Schedule, where you can park on campus, and how to get to the airport and around town can make your time at UA much simpler. Below are a few different ways to get to, from, and around The University of Alabama.

Crimson Ride: UA’s transit system around campus with no charge and no Action card needed. Crimson Ride operates 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Friday when the University is open.

348-RIDE (7433): A free service that transports students between locations on campus or residences near campus. Rides are available 9 p.m.–7 a.m. Monday-Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

University of Alabama Parking Services: Oversee campus and visitor parking.

Properties with shuttle service to campus:

  • Contracted through Crimson Ride: Visit the Crimson Ride website to find each property’s shuttle schedule.
  • Privately managed shuttle service: Some properties manage their own shuttle and should be contacted directly for shuttle schedule and locations.

Crown Transportation: Offer transportation to and from the Birmingham and Atlanta Airports.

Zipcar: Car sharing for UA students and staff.
