At this time, The University of Alabama will be making decisions regarding on-campus programs for Summer 2021 closer to the middle of spring semester. Housing and Residential Communities is not currently accepting reservations for summer programs.
All youth programs must be registered with the Office of Compliance, Ethics, and Regulatory Affairs (CERA). If you would like to initiate the registration process, please see the following section regarding youth program registration with CERA. For more information regarding the Youth Protection Program, please contact CERA at (205) 348-2334 or youthprotection@ua.edu.
Once your program is registered with CERA, our staff will contact you about your overnight stay request. If you are an adults-only program, additional information will be provided in the spring semester.
A program that is owned or operated by The University of Alabama on or off campus is considered a UA-sponsored program.
To initiate a request for a youth program, please register your program with the Office of Compliance, Ethics, and Regulatory Affairs.
An external program, or third-party program, is one that is not owned or operated by The University of Alabama, but is held on the UA campus. Except for the use of the facilities, an external program is not otherwise affiliated with The University of Alabama. These programs must have a University department or college sponsor.
To initiate a contract, the UA Sponsor must submit a Contract Request Form. Do not have a UA sponsor? Contact Keslie Fendley at (205) 348-2325 with Bryant Conference Center – Conference Services for options.
