UA Presidential Village

These seven-story facilities includes two- and four-bedroom suite-style residential facilities for 1840 freshmen.

This new residential community is located north of Riverside Community, in close proximity to Lakeside Dining and the Black Warrior River.

Presidential Village has non-operational windows to maintain indoor air quality.

University Breaks

All residence halls are open for fall and Thanksgiving breaks.

Dining and Laundry Options

The closest dining hall is Lakeside Dining. There is a community kitchen on the 1st floor of each building. A laundry room is available on the 3rd floor of each building.
