Bryant Hall

Home to student-athletes and freshman engineering students, Bryant Hall offers residents fully furnished 2 or 4 bedroom suites consisting of a living room, kitchenette and bathrooms in each suite. The hall is located near on-campus dining options like Fresh Foods and Stewart’s Corner. Common areas provide residents with access to a study lounge, game room, community lounge, and 2nd and 4th floor laundry rooms. Students are responsible for providing their own trash receptacles, cookware, eating utensils, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. For more details, review the specifications section below.

Hanging Items on Walls

For this building, only use nails or push pins for hanging items (max 10).

Wallpaper, peel and stick wallpaper, mounting televisions, LED light strips and screw anchors are not permitted. Students are liable for any damages caused by unapproved hanging methods.

Bedroom

  • Furniture provided for each resident:
    • Full-size extra-long bed and mattress (54”W x 80”L), permanent height 24” max from floor (bed rails available)
    • Small 2-drawer dresser under the bed (30″X x 24″D x 20″H)
    • 3-drawer dresser with open compartment (30”W x 18”D x 36”H)
    • Desk/bookcase (30″W x 24″D x 72″H)
    • Desk chair
  • Curtain provided to enclose the closet in each bedroom
  • Approx. window dimensions: 58 1/2″ x 43″, mini blinds provided

  • Shared by two residents
  • Shower stall, no curtain needed

Living Room

  • Furniture shared by all suite residents:

    • 1 café dining table with a dining chair for each resident
  • Wall-mounted television in each living room. This is the only TV allowed to be wall-mounted.
